sops & basses rock.

hoot!
it was a fruitful session last Saturday, albeit it was just sops and basses.
normally it is altos and tenors dominating - so what it means?
we actually have a decent number (add all the sections together)!

we have 3 songs;
pasigin
adam lay ybounden
sigulempong

just to update:

• outfit theme for alumni chorus is black/white/grayscale
• concert is 12th April (Saturday) VCH
• our slot is in the 2nd half (with acapella & musical)
  
• main choir is singing 8 songs
• guest choir: ACS I

from what i've gathered - next week is common test week for the JCs, so JC peeps might not be able to make it this Saturday? yes? no? tell me if we should cancel the session... (TAG)
so tentatively, next practice:

first practice!

well done to us!
i remembered someone saying "hey! we sound like a choir!"

it wasn't too bad for a first practice -combined, in fact- despite that some of us have not sung for 4 years! yikes! actually, no. we sounded quite good, though we're lacking in tenors severely. (okay honestly, we'll be glad to get more numbers though guys esp.)

next practice will be the friday after CNY.
i wiiiiiiiiiiillllllll try to squeeeeeeeeeze in a saturday practice for our dear NSboys and others who want to join but cannot make it on fridays.

anyhoo! it was a great first practice!
